
Step Up Fitness Challenge
The Step-Up Challenge is an April fitness challenge designed to encourage movement and build community! This month, the focus is on steps—whether you're walking, running, playing tennis, or staying active throughout your day. Compete individually or as part of a USTA team for exciting prizes!

Challenge Details:
Main Goal: Reach a community goal of 9,000,000 steps throughout April.
Individual & USTA Team Participation:

Compete solo to track your personal steps.

USTA teams can join the challenge to compete for the highest total steps!

The more steps you take, the better your chances of winning!
Tracking Steps:

Participants will log their steps on an Excel sheet (emailed to you after sign-up).

Weekly leaderboard updates will be sent via email.
Prizes:

Top Individual: Wins a Free Personal Training Session and a CHTC T-shirt.

Top USTA Team: Wins One Free Team Group Training Session Per Week for the month of May (4 total group sessions).

How to Participate:

Sign Up: Click the link below to access the Google Sheet link to register individually or for your team! The sign-up window is open through 3/31.

Step Up: Walk, run, and stay active throughout the month.

Track Your Progress: Log your daily step count in the Excel Sheet.

Stay Connected: Follow the weekly leaderboard updates to see how you and the community are doing.
